Plant row with 5400 vines per hectare. The production is about 2,5 Kg per plant |
| GRAPE HARVEST: |
Ripening and harvesting start in early September (Cortese, Trebbianello) through late September (Trebbiano T.), and until early October (Garganega) |
| VINIFICATION: |
Mechanical harvesting, destemming in less then 45 minutes, immediate cooling. 24 hours maceration anf pressing. Separation of must and fermentation at controlled temperature (17–18 °C) |
